Just 1hour 30min drive from central Auckland. Large sunny decks, unspoiled beach, very private with glorious views over the ocean to Little Barrier Island and also beautiful rural and bush views to the back of the house.
Open plan living downstairs, large sunny decks and total privacy. Close to 4 golf courses, Matakana Farmers Market and vineyards, cafes and restaurants, excellent shopping, tennis courts, Goat Island Marine Reserve, diving, snorkeling, boating, fishing and surfing and traditional Maori marae.
