Together Gailene Addison and Rochelle Chapman are long-time friends and business partners.
With the same vision for future growth, RGCA Eastcoast Property Services Ltd is committed to giving both guests and owners a relaxed stress free experience with our management.
We both have vast experience in hospitality and business prior to joining forces.
A demand for our service in Doubtless Bay prompted the creation of RGCA and with each others strengths has assisted in the expansion of RGCA Eastcoast Property Services Ltd have gone from 4 properties six years ago to 75 and growing. We are servicing Ahipara, Kaitaia, Karikari Peninsula, Mangonui, Coopers Beach and more. RGCA now offer short term and long term rental management options call us today to inquire.
With this we have been able to provide more services to both our owners and our guests. We have a crew of maintenance people and tradies we use to take the load off anything our owners need assistance with. The knowledge we have gained over the last few years has helped us be able to have our new homes prepped and ready from day one. A background with both in real estate and rentals for many years and of hospitality experience in working with guests, staff and training to provide a great service is the main focus of our management service.
